Yesteryear actress Elizabeth Taylor, who has not been keeping well lately is expected to leave hospital soon. The 76-year-old actress was hospitalised for an undisclosed reason, and is hopeful of returning home very shortly.A number of health issues have dogged Taylor through the years, including congestive heart failure in 2004. She has also battled ulcers, drug and alcohol addiction and a benign brain tumour. The actress has also remained a tireless AIDS activist, making rare public appearances to support the cause.Taylor has mentionably been honoured with the coveted Oscar recognition twice, for roles in "Butterfield 8" in 1960 and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" in 1966. She won a special Oscar too - the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award - chiefly, for her work as an AIDS activist. The screen legend, who has three children and adopted a fourth with ex-husband Richard Burton, was made an honorary dame by the Queen in 2000.
