After the critically acclaimed Pakistani film 'Khuda Ke Liye' it's one more film from across the borders set to release in India. 'Ramchand Pakistani' is all set to release in India and what is more interesting is that it will release on the same day as in Pakistan .'Ramchand Pakistani' is based on a real-life incident about a Pakistani boy who strays into Indian territory by mistake at a time when there is a war like situation between the two countries. The film has been shot in India and in Pakistan with Nandita Das as one of the lead actors. Mehreen Jabbar, the Director, is excited about her film and said," Because ‘Khuda Ke Liye’ was received well; it opened the doors for us. I don't think Indians are much ware of Pakistan."Speaking abot the film lead actor Nandita Das said," The story is about Ramchand and his father who are imprisoned in an Indian jail in Kutch. The mother, the role that i am playing, is completely lost and has no idea as to whether her family has disappeared.
