Television host Oprah Winfrey popularly known as the Queen Of Talk, retains her crown. She tops the Forbes List of the 100 most Powerful Celebrities. Ophra is at the top spot for the second year in a row. Best off all, she managed it five times in the past as well. Despite weakening TV ratings and magazine circulations, Oprah has managed to earn $275 million last year. But it's not just about money power in this game. Forbes chooses its powerful celebrities based on internet presence, magazine covers and mentions on TV and radio. And, everywhere one looks, it is Oprah!!
