The Bollywood Star Shilpa Shetty shares the secret of her fitness, through an instructional video based on the ancient Indian practice of yoga titled Shilpas Yoga released on DVDs and VCDs by Shemaroo Entertainment. The yoga video is shot at the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country Kerala. Directed by Manisha Jha, under the instruction of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra and produced by Shilpa Shetty, Shilpas Yoga is very well executed, picturised on the scenic beach with ceremonial  elephants and Kalaripayattu fighters in the background and the demonstration of Asanas in a simplified manner .  A release function was held with Shilpa Shetty present with eminent personalities.
