Jolie-Pitt twins to be honourary citizens of Nice - Mayor Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins will be French if it is the parents' wish, according to the Mayor of Nice on Friday (July 4) who said he was delighted the couple decided on Nice as the place to extend their growing family.        "It's me who will have the honour to sign the birth certificate of the children of Angelina Jolie at the Town Hall. So for all their lives that birth certificate will carry the signature of the mayor of Nice," said Christian Estrosi, the Mayor of Nice.         Estrosi said that his town is proud to have one of the most famous couples of all time expecting twins and that they would certainly become honourary citizens of Nice.         "For the citizens of Nice it is a great honour and a great satisfaction.  We are very happy for everybody, for this choice of Mrs. Angelina Jolie and Mr. Brad Pitt."
The Brangelina twins birth is one of the most anticipated with paparazzi and news reporters seeking to get a glimpse of any of the family members.
