An actor who in her very first film got noticed and was compared to Smita Patil, but after Hazaaron Khwashein Aisi she simply disappeared from the scene. However, the wait is over as actor Chitrangadha Singh is all set to face the arc lights one more time. Chitrangada spoke exclusively to TIMES NOW’s Sriparna Mitra on her come back into movies and more. Sriparna: You will be back in films, so I am sure that the script must be special isn't it?Chitrangada: The script is very special. It is funny; it is different from what I have done so far. It is a very meaty role and I like the fact that it is different from what I have done before. It is funny, it is light and it is a beautiful romantic comedy. It is very nice. Sriparna: Your more associated with arty cinema. Is that what you are looking at only or you also want to get into commercial cinema? Chitrangada: It has nothing to do with art cinema. Its very cliché again but, it is good cinema. I want to do something which suits me and I can bring something special to and I can extend my personality into. That is what I want to do and I can be as convincingly Bollywood as I can be an art person. However, I have to be given a chance to prove that. Sriparna: You have been away from the spotlight for three years. So, was it your decision to bid goodbye or take a break, what was it like?Chitrangada: It was my decision to get into films and then it was my decision to leave films for a very personal reason. The reason is too personal to discuss. I am again here for myself and for my satisfaction. I thought the three years were enough for me to decide that this is really what I want to do, this is what gives me satisfaction, which is unparalleled otherwise. This is my calling and I am back. Sriparna: Any actor you really want to work with?Chitrangada: It would be clichéd if I said Shahrukh Khan, but it is Shahrukh. It would be great to have him romancing me. It would be anyone's dream. I would love to work with Shahrukh and then Hrithik is fantastic of course. So, I would love to work with all the stalwarts. I am sorry that I don't have a different answer. But, who does not want to work with Shahrukh. Sriparna: You are Delhi based and you are also a mother. So, quiet a juggling act on that front?Chitrangada: We all juggle. I think all women are working these days and we are all professionals. We do juggle and that's what makes us special because we can do it.
