Vipul Shah is gradually spreading his wings. An accomplished director himself, Shah surprised everyone when he entrusted the directorial reins of his new film, SINGH IS KINNG, to Anees Bazmee. This was much before WELCOME happened to Anees and Akshay Kumar together. Now Shah has gone ahead and signed David Dhawan to direct his forthcoming venture. “Both Anees and David are in the same league, in the top bracket. After making a film with Anees, you ought to remain in the same bracket,” the soft-spoken producer informs me. Will it star Shah's fav hero Akshay Kumar in the lead? “It's too early to comment on it.
