Percept Picture Company is all set to start work on the first of the three-film deal they have recently signed with Emraan Hashmi. The film, to be directed by Shamim Desai, has been tentatively titled RAFTAAR and co-stars Aditya Pancholi, Esha Deol and Neha Dhupia. The film is budgeted at Rs. 25 crores. Percept is all set to start a new trend in film-making. They will be taking the entire crew, barring the leading ladies, of the film to Maldives for a trial shoot. Another reason for this week-long trip is to get the cast and the crew familiar with each other.
