Ekta-Smriti reunion? If ever there was a love hate relationship in the television world, it has to be that of Ekta Kapoor and Smriti Irani. But rumour has it that the two have decided to bury the past and Smriti may just be returning in her original avatar of 'Tulsi' in Balaji's most famed serial 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'.
Both Ekta and Smriti have been on and off again after the demise of 'Tulsi' in 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'. It seemed Ekta and Smriti would never work again but viewers anticipated that they would work again.
As Smriti says, "We really like each other and we will work together again."
Even though Ekta and Smriti seemed to have moved on, the buzz is Ekta wants Smriti back and most likely, in her original avatar as 'Tulsi'.
Smriti's performance at the recent Global Telvision Awards did give viewers a hint, that a make up was on the cards. While both Smriti and Ekta were unavailable for comment, let's keep our fingers crossed.     ... full story »
