 The new film from Canadian writer-director Deepa Mehta deals with the dark subject matter of spousal abuse and the isolation felt by immigrants.Zinta, lively and enthusiastic in an interview last month during the Toronto International Film Festival despite a long flight from India, said she welcomed the chance to star in a more "realistic" movie.
 "The kinds of films I do are commercial Indian films, a lot of them being escapist cinema," said Zinta."Indians are fanatic about films, cinema.
