Yash Raj Films has sent a clarification to this writer, which has been reproduced verbatim:- "This is in reference to a piece published in a Mumbai tabloid stating that DHOOM 3 would be directed by Uday Chopra. We at Yash Raj Films would like to place it on record that this information is completely baseless and false. "Uday Chopra intends to fully devote his energies to his career as an actor, in particular some exciting projects which will be releasing next year. He is also looking forward to essaying the character of Ali again in DHOOM 3 as and when YRF embarks on it.
