Bigg Boss exit not a publicity stunt: Rahul
Rahul Mahajan, the reality TV star today (November 19) denied the claims of his exit drama from the Bigg Boss house as a publicity stunt. Addressing the media after exiting the reality show, he also denied rumors on wild card entry back into the show."There is no chance of a wild card entry, I will go to Mumbai, and attend the interview with Shilpa Shetty," Rahul said.People got to know the "real me" through 'Bigg Boss', slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's son Rahul Mahajan said , justifying his decision to leave the reality TV show. "I am honest, genuine. People also saw my naughty side," Rahul told reporters, adding "you love me, hate me but you cannot ignore me." Rahul's exit comes after he declined to tender an apology for his "misconduct" of leaving the 'Bigg Boss' house along with three other finalists. 'Bigg Boss' had sought an apology from Rahul Mahajan, Raja Chaudhary, Zulfi Syed and Ashutosh Kaushik, who had dodged the vast array of cameras at the house in Lonavala, against rules and regulations of the game show. "I was told that only three people could stay in the house after that episode. I volunteered to quit. There is satisfaction in sacrifice," Rahul said. "We all went out of the house not because of anger but because of hunger," Rahul said. He thanked the show's producers "for the opportunity to let people know what the real Rahul is all about." Stating that money was not the objective of his appearing on the show, Rahul said, "Even if I had won the Rs 1 crore prize money, I would have given it away in charity." Rahul also declined to comment on Abu Salem's comment on giving a divorce to Monica Bedi."I cannot comment on this, I will verify the facts and comment later," he said, who was seen romancing with Monika Bedi in the Bigg Boss house.(With inputs from agencies) ...
